It happens every fall, my schedule gets so busy that I fall behind with posting my portrait sessions. This year I’m more behind than ever.
Slowly but surely, I’m catching up and tonight we have Ellie. A beautiful senior from Fluvanna County High School Class of 2021 !
Ellie’s session had to be rescheduled a few times due to rain but it was worth the wait! The weather was perfect. The tall green grasses were the perfect backdrop to Ellie’s pink summery dress. Just look at how gorgeous this is!
Another color combination I absolutely love is black and green! Thankfully I have a ton of pine trees near my studio so I can accomplish this pretty much any time of year!
If you’re looking for both greenery and a little fall color, early October is a great option. The leaves on the trees haven’t fully changed yet but these bushes are turn a brilliant red, way early!
Somebody get this girl a runway cause she can work that catwalk! 🙂

At the end of Ellie’s session, we took advantage of the adorable display outside of Totes McGoats, a store that sells soaps & lotions in downtown Palmyra.
We even had a behind the scenes shot taken by a member of the Fluvanna Chamber of Commerce! I love when I get to show what you guys see vs what my camera and I see!
